What are the patron notifications?

Overview

Patrons receive automated updates informing them of their application status.  Here is what they look like.     

Confirmation email after an application has been successfully summited.


Email after an application has been processed and their household is ACTIVE.


Email after an application has been processed and their household is SUSPENDED.


Email when an application is put on HOLD.


Email when an application is DECLINED.
