FAQ: Does my community qualify for the application portal discount?
Overview
After your first year using the application portal, you may qualify for a $300 credit. Communities that incur $300 in fees in the following categories....
- Payment processing
- Full-service application processing (online & paper)
- Classic pass printing
- Mailing fees (to patron & to management)
... receive a $300 credit. This $300 credit matches the $300 application portal fee and reduces the application portal fee to $0.

How to view your fees to see if you qualify
Each year, AGS will determine if you qualify. If you want to see for yourself, first navigate to the Account Portal.
In the Account Portal:
- Click the Menu, the Reports
- Choose Year to Date in the Date Range
- You may need to scroll down to the Fees and Other Charges Section
- Add up the applicable fees
If I had $290 in applicable fees, will I get the discount?
Sorry, you do need $300 in applicable fees to qualify. The above example only has $115.78 and does not qualify.
