The Virtual Guest Passes feature is used by communities that wish to sell one simple single use guest pass. When sold, the membership's Virtual Guest Pass numeric field increments. i.e gets added to the household. When the Virtual Guest Pass is used at check-in, the numeric field decreases. i.e subtracted from the household.

How many guest passes do I have left? Is there a way I [a Member] can lookup how many guest passes are currently in my membership?
Yes. Each community has a link (webpage) a member can visit to check. They enter their pass number, barcode number, or Membership ID. If a valid Membership is found, they will receive an email with the number of guest passes currently in the membership.
Where can I find my community's link (webpage)?
1. Go to your community portal. Click the menu then Manage Communities.
2. Select your community.
3. Click Portal Links.
4. Use the Membership Check link. Post it on your website. Write an FAQ. Use the QR code to make a flyer. Etc.
