Yes.  You may want to offer a Paper Application and pass on the cost to the applicant.  You can set a fee on your application. 

This fee can cover all, part or more than AGS's $10 Paper Application fee.  The fee you charge applicants can be in addition to any other fees you collect on the application.  

When AGS receives a paper application, we will add it to your application queue.  AGS will scan in pictures or other documents, so they are ready for you view.  You will process it just like any other application.
