FAQ: Does my community qualify for a discounted processing fee?

Access Granted Systems can collect membership fees on behalf of your organization. Communities who collect large fees may be eligible for a discounted fee.



How do I qualify for the discount?
Your custom online application cannot have payment method choices.

How do I get the discount applied to my account?
Contact your representative. Discounts are not automatically or retroactively applied.

Do I still receive the $300 application portal discount?
Yes. In addition to a reduced rate, you also receive the $300 discount!

How to determine may discounted rate.
Each year, AGS will determine your discounted rate.  If you want to see for yourself, first navigate to the Account Portal.
In the Account Portal:
  1. Click the Menu, the Reports
  2. Choose Year to Date in the Date Range
  3. You may need to scroll down to the Fees and Other Charges Section
  4. Add up the applicable fees


I'm a new client.  Can I receive a discounted rate? 
Yes. Please contact your Access Granted Systems account representative.
