Patrons will present a ticket to be scanned. If patrons do not present a ticket, you may manually check them in.
Here is how to find the event's Check-In tab
1) From the Booking Portal, click the Menu
2) Click Events
3) Click the Gear icon for the event
4) Click Edit Signup Settings / Patrons
5) Click the Check-In tab
How to check-in by scanning the QR code
1) Attendees will present a ticket with a QR code to be scanned.
2) Place your curser in the Check-In Patron box
3) Scan the ticket using a scanner.
4) Repeat to check in multiple people on the same sign up
How to manually check-in attendees
1) Find the Primary Patron on the left side
2) Click the Gear icon
3) Click Select Patron for Check-In
4) Repeat to check in multiple people on the same sign up
TIP: use the web browser's CTRL+F to find an attendee's name or email
Successful check-ins scan green
Unsuccessful or invalid tickets will scan red
