Where is my tracking number?
For orders that are shipped to an office, you can find a tracking number. Examples of these orders are bulk Classic Passes, tablet rental, and scanner purchases.
First, go to the Account Portal
- From the Membership Portal, click the menu
- Click Manage Account
- You will start on the Transactions page
- Find the Transaction for the order
- Click on the arrow to display transaction details
- Copy the tracking number and paste it into https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action
