Individuals and households are found in the MEMBER LIST tab. You can search by several data points: name, membership ID, address, and membership type.

Find the membership
1. In the Membership Portal, click Member List
2. Search for the membership by name
3. Search for member by: Membership ID, Address, Email
4. Search by Membership Type
5. See your membership and double click on the member to view them in the MANAGE tab
6. You can also use sort buttons for: members who are checked in, only the first member in each membership, Limited Passes, only active members, Expired, and Suspended.
