Step 1: Your account administrator will build your custom application.
Step 2: Patrons apply online
Step 3A: The community receives an email notification that includes a PDF of application and all attached documents.
Step 3B: The patron receives a confirmation email with the result.
- Approved – Congratulations message
- Suspended or Held – Further action is needed by the patron
- Declined– If an application does not meet community requirements/standards
How Paper Applications Work
Every facility has patrons the prefer an old-school paper application they can mail in for processing.
Your account administrator will build a paper application that mirrors the online application.
