How many Paper Application did AGS receive?
Overview
There are two ways to tally how many Paper Applications were mailed to and entered by AGS.
In the Application Portal
You can run a custom search for paper applications.
1) In the Application Portal, click the arrow icon next to ADVANCED SEARCH, to open the search menu
2) Choose your Time Range
3) Type paper in the Journal Data box
4) Click SEARCH
5) See your stats for this search at the top data summary
In the Account Portal
1) From any other Portal, click the Menu, then Manage Account.
2) In the Account Portal, click the Menu, then Reports
3) Adjust the Date Range, if needed
4) Scroll to the Fees section
5) See the $ amount that was charged for Paper Applications. Dividing by $10 will give you the number of Paper Applications. E.g. $220 means 22 applications
6) Choosing Paper Application for the Category will give you a monthly tally
