How to ADD a booking

There may be times you need to manually add a booking.  Perhaps you receive a phone call or a patron makes a request in-person while onsite.   

Here is how

1.  Click the green Plus Icon on the Calendars Page.
2.  Select the service and select Booking.  (not a resource)
3.  Click Create.

4.  Edit the name (for organization), date, time, and add resources. 
5. Click Add Patron to continue.  

6.  Edit the contacts name, email, and phone. (where notifications are sent)
7.  Click Add Patron.
8.  Edit the name of the person attending.
9.  Click Apply Changes.    

Tip/Warning

Manual bookings do not have any "restrictions".  This gives you, the user flexibility.  You can manually add a booking when the service is normally not available.  Be careful not to double book or add a booking when the service is not available. 
If you do not trust yourself, do not follow the above instructions.  Make the booking from the Go to Patron Booking Page instead OR click the Go to Patron Booking Page and check the service's availability 1st, THEN make the booking manually.    

In the above screen shot, you can manually add a booking Sunday at 1pm or Monday.  Even though the service is normally not available those times.
