How to ADD a booking manually

Overview

There may be times you need to manually add a booking.  Perhaps you receive a phone call or a patron makes a request in-person while onsite.  

Here is how


1.  Click the green Plus Icon on the Calendars Page.
2.  Select the service.
3.  Select Booking.
4.  Click Create.

5.  Name the booking.
6.  Adjust the date & time.
7.  Select the Service.
8.  Click Add/Edit Patrons.  One name and email is required.  
9.  Add the required patron (name and email).  
10.  Click Confirm Booking.

Tip: If you’re adding a booking that is not yours, be sure to set your view to show all Bookings by clicking the gear icon and unchecking "Show Only My Items".  Now you can view the booking and double check that you have added it correctly.
