Multi-Day events are designed for the patron to signup once, then attend the same event multiple days.
Adding a new Multi-Day Event is a 3-step process.
Step 1) Create a resource or use an existing resource.
Step 2) Add a new Multi-Day Event to the calendar.
Step 3) Edit the event's settings.
Step 1) Create a resource (If you are not using an existing resource)
1. On the calendar page, click New Resource/Service.
2. Click Resource.
3. Add a Name, Category, and Description.
4. Click Create.
Step 2) Add a new Multi-Day Event to the calendar
1. Click the green plus arrow on the calendar page.
2. Click Multi-Day Event.
3. Select a Resource. (If your unable to add an event, be sure you have selected a resource and not a service)
4. Click Create.
5. Edit the name.
6. Edit the date & time of the 1st day.
7. Edit the last day.
8 &9. Adjust the recurrence formula. This will populate how many days your event happens.
10. Click Add.
Proceed to step 3 by clicking Yes.
Step 3) Edit the event's settings
1. Click Enable Patrons to Signup
2. Scroll down and adjust other settings.
3. Don't forget to click Save.

Multi-Day events are designed for the patron to signup once, then attend the same event multiple days. You create only one signup form, Day 1's signup form. Day 1 is marked by a "M" icon.
FAQ: What if I need to move only 1 out of 5 days?
For example: A 5 day swim lesson gets rained out on Tuesday and the makeup day is Saturday.
When you create a 5 day multi-day event. You are creating 5 individual events (but only 1 signup form). Simply edit the individual day.
FAQ: What if my multi-day event has different start times?
For example: A 5 day swim lesson starts at 9am Monday - Thursday but Friday is 11am.
When you create a 5 day multi-day event. You are creating 5 individual events all with the exact start and end time. In this example, you will need to edit Friday individually.
FAQ: How do the check-ins work for Multi-Day Events?
Multi-Day events are designed for the patron to signup once, then attend the same event multiple days. You can check-in attendees Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc.
Tip: Allow late signups.
Allowing late signups will allow a patron to signup after Day 1's start time. Maybe a patron misses day 1 but wishes to attend the Day 2 - Day 14 of a two week session.
