FAQ: What is a SERVICE OWNER?

A Service Owner  is a logged in user that has special permission to manage a specific service.  
  1. Add your pool manager to oversee pool parties. 
  2. Add your tennis pro to manage court reservations. 
  3. Add your swim instructor to offer private 1 on 1 lessons. 

What can the SERVICE OWNER do?

Service owners receive all email alerts regarding booking activity. (if enabled)  

Service owners can...
  1. Manage the service's settings.
  2. Add a booking manually.
  3. Edit an existing booking.
  4. Issue a refund.
What can the service owner not do?
A user with "Manage Services, Resources, & Bookings" must do these...
  1. Edit the service name or description.  
  2. Assign a different owner.
  3. Assign resources.
