How to check in patrons without a pass (Individual Check-In)

Overview

Members who do not present a pool pass can still be checked in using PoolPass software.

1. Click Member List
2. Search their name in the Names/Barcodes box -or-
   
3. Search their address in the Membership Fields box
4. Highlight their row by clicking their row
5. Click the green check to check them in
   

• If the patron scans green, they may enter

• If the patron scans red, they may not enter
