How to use the check-out feature

Overview
The occupancy feature is a tool for the gate attendants to keep track of the number of patrons in the pool area.  The check-out feature is used in conjunction with the occupancy feature to record specific patrons leaving the facility.  When a patron is checked out, the occupancy counter will decrease.  

How to Check-Out
  1. Scan the pool pass or look-up a patron the same way you checked in the patron. 
  2. Click Check Out


How to adjust the occupancy
  1. Click the number in the upper left-hand corner
  2. Click how many patrons are leaving.  -1, -2, -3, etc.
How to set the occupancy
      3. Count the patrons in the facility and adjust the counter as needed
      4. Click OK


How to reset the occupancy to zero
  1. Click the number in the upper left-hand corner
  2. At opening, the occupancy counter should be set at zero
  3. At the end of the day, set the occupancy counter to zero
