How to collected multiple emails that sync with the database

Pre-Step
Most forms already have a field called "email".  You'll need to delete it first.  We'll add it back in later.

Step 1
A.  Create a EMAIL field on your form.  Don't call it "email", rather call it: email1
B.  Label the field: Email 1

Step 2+
A.  Create a 2nd EMAIL field: email2
B.  Label the field: Email 2
(repeat step 2 as needed)

Step 3
A.  Create a calculation to combine the emails: CombineEmail
B.  For the expression, write a calculation that adds the emails separated by a semicolon.   email1;email2;email3
Examples
str(email1)+if(strlen(email2)>0,";","")+if(strlen(email2)>0,email2,"")
OR
str(email1)+if(strlen(email2)>0,";","")+if(strlen(email2)>0,email2,"")+if(strlen(email3)>0,";","")+if(strlen(email3)>0,email3,"")

Tip: Don't combine the applicationEmail.  This should be kept separate.

Step 4
A.  Create a CALCRESULT FIELD on your form.  It must be named: email
B.  Label the field: A hidden field to combine emails
C.  Synchronized must be checked.
D.  Initially Hidden must be checked.
E. Calculation Result Name: CombineEmail

Additional Step
Most communities have a error calculation that verifies that applicationEmail = email .  If your community does, you'll need to adjust this error calculation or remove the error calculation & message(s).  CLICK HERE to learn more.

Tip
Temporarily unhide the calculation in step 4 to pre-view and test.
