How to collect membership & application fees

Overview

Online Pool Applications

  • Payments are calculated and collected directly on the application via a secure Stripe integration.
  • The community’s account is credited the money collected.

Paper Applications

  • Patrons submit a check along with their mailed paper application.
  • The community’s account is credited the money collected.
How it Works

The community elects how to charge the patrons.  Fees can be calculated in a variety of ways.  For example:

  • Per Patron
  • Per New Pass
  • Per Replacement Pass
  • Per Reactivated Pass
  • Per Household
  • By Membership Type (Resident, Non-Resident, Swim Team, Etc.)
  • Match our fees – Displayed as a “Processing Fee” or "Convenience Fee"

Your account administrator will build your fee schedule into the online and paper applications.

  • Watch your account increase as fees are collected.
  • Use this tool to cover fees and administrative expenses.
