How to CONFIRM an ePass has been sent

If a member states they never received their ePasses, there are a few actions you can take to help your member.  
Re-Send the ePasses 
First confirm there is no typo in the email.  ePasses are sent to this email address.  
1.  In the Manage Membership page , click the phone icon
2.  Click SEND

Check and view exactly when the ePasses were sent
Click Manage Passes in the menu

1.  Click Advanced Search
2.  Enter the email and click Search
3.  View when the ePass was successfully sent.  The ePassed below were sent on May 24th at 7:41 AM

If the email was successfully sent, there are no additional steps you can take.  The email has left our server and needs to be accepted by the member's email provider.  

What if they still don't see the email? Here are some tips:
  1. Tell the member to check their junk or spam folder.  The email is from passes@accessgrantedsystems.com
  2. Send the ePasses to your member's alternate email
  3. Send the ePasses to yourself
    1. Change the membership email to your email
    2. Send the ePasses to yourself
    3. Forward the email to your member
    4. Change the email back to your member's email
