How to DELETE a service

Overview

When a service is over, and you no longer wish to offer the service in the future, you can delete a service entirely.  Deleting a service will take it off your list and cancel all future bookings.  (See below tip to prevent auto-cancelations)  Patrons will get an email that the service has been deleted and their booking is cancelled, and if auto-refund is enable, a refund will be issued.  
There are two ways to find the service and delete it.    
  1. Find your service via the calendar page.
  2. Find your service via the service list.

Click the Service you need to delete in the left column.

  1. Click Delete 

How to find your service via the service list

1.  In the menu, click Services.  This takes you to the Service Settings (the details).  
2.  From the Service Settings, click Delete.

Tip: Disable rather than delete

3. Disabling will simply prevent further bookings.  Remining bookings will stay intact and will not be deleted.
