How to disable AGS's support ticket system
Overview
Access Granted System's Application Portal has its own Support Ticket feature. An easy way your applicants can communicate with you and resolve applications on hold, declined, or partially approved.
However, you may use your property management software's support system, direct email, or another support software instead.
Here is how to remove the support ticket link from emails (disabling support tickets).
First, go to the community settings in the Application Portal.
- Click on the Menu
- Click on Community
- Select the community from the drop down list
- Be sure to use the Save button after making changes
Then scroll down to the section for Email and Support. Check both boxes that start with "Disable AGS support link in..."
Note: All Application notifications messages that have been sent still have that link in them, so you may still get support tickets. All future notifications will not have this link, until the settings are changed again.
