How to FLAG an application

Overview

Flagging sends an email alert to your community's administrator or Access Granted Systems, LLC.  Flagging to AGS will open a support ticket an AGS team member will resolve.  

Here is how
  1. Click the gear icon
  2. Click Flag to Community or Flag to AGS


Why would you Flag to Community? 
  1. Some Property Managers employ assistants to process applications.  An assistant may need to alert their property manager to take a closer look at the application. 
  2. Some HOAs and Swim Clubs process applications by committee.  A board member may need to Flag an application to the Membership Director.  
Why would you Flag to AGS? 
  1. This applies to Full-Service or Pass Printing or Payment Proccessing clients only.  This opens a Support Ticket for this application.  Its the fastest way to resolve an issue.
