How to FLAG or ESCALATE an application

Overview

Flagging sends an email alert to your community's administrator or Access Granted Systems (AGS).  
How to flag or escalate an Application
  1. Click the gear icon
  2. Click Flag to Community or Escalate to AGS

Why would you Flag to Community? 
  1. Some Property Managers employ assistants to process applications.  An assistant may need to alert their property manager to get help and take a closer look at the application. 
  2. Some HOAs and Swim Clubs process applications by committee.  A board member may need to Flag an application to the Membership Director.  
Why would you Escalate to AGS? 
  1. This applies to Full-Service or Pass Printing clients only.  This marks the application for an AGS employee to review.  Its the fastest way to resolve an issue.
