How to issue a ticket to a patron without the patron completing the transaction

Overview

An Administrator can create a ticket without the patron completing a credit card transaction.

  • They can issue a ticket and add funds the patron can use at a later date.
  • They can issue a ticket and add a redeemable product the patron can use at a later date.
How to issue a ticket and add funds.
  1. Click Manage Marketplace
  2. Click Tickets
  3. Click the Yellow Plus Icon to add a new ticket –> Add the patron’s name
  4. Click $ Icon to add funds
  5. Add the patron’s email to the ticket
  6. Click the Envelope Icon to email the ticket to the patron


How to add a redeemable product (guest pass) to a ticket.
1-5.  Follow steps one through five from above.  Be sure to add funds to the ticket (step 4).  
*** Copy (Ctrl+C) the ticket number.  You will need this number in the next steps.
7.  Click the menu and click Access PoolPass
8.  Click Market
9.  Paste (Ctrl+V) the ticket number and click Enter on your keyboard.  The ticket and available funds will appear.  

10.  Scan, type, or search for your redeemable product.   
11.  Click Purchase.  

The redeemable product has now been added to the ticket.  You may go back to the Manage Marketplace and view the ticket.  You will see the product on the ticket. Click the Envelope Icon to email the ticket to the patron
