Tip: Pre-Populate Form Fields

Overview

Pre-populate form fields to eliminate having submitters from typing in information. Examples include: 
  1. HOAs can pre-fill the City, State, & Zip into an address field.  
  2. Pre-populate a custom field.  Swim Clubs that sell an end of the year membership can pre-fill the membership type as "August 2027 Special"  

Here is how 

Type in the the city, state, & Zip

In the type field, add "August 2027 Special" as the only option.  
Pre-select the option
Note: You must reset default selection if you delete option.
