How to reassign patrons to another Membership ID


Overview

Patrons may change addresses, households, or accounts.  By reassigning a patron to another Membership ID, you do not lose their profile or pass number.

How to Reassign


  • Go to the Patron's Member page
  • Click the Right Arrow to reassign patron
  • You are asked to specify a New Membership ID.  You can type in a brand new ID or use on existing ID.
  • If you are transferring multiple members, you must use the exact Membership ID.  We recommend copy and pasting to be exact.
