How to enable the guest register

Overview

You may want to collect additional information about guests.  When the guest register is enabled, a text box will appear after the guest check-in. 
In this article, we will explain how to:
  1. Enable the Guest Register
  2. See where Guest Register information is stored in the Log

Enable the Guest Register
  1. Click Preferences from the menu icon
  2. Check Enable Multi-Member Check-in

Note: This setting will happen on only this device.  Be sure to update this preference on each computer in use.  

See and Find Guest Information in the Log
  1. Click the Log tab
  2. See the member check in, guest check in and register information
  3. Search the Log to find specific information
  4. Download the Log to use in a spreadsheet program if needed
