Overview
You may want to collect additional information at check in. Guest name, member notes, drop-in information, etc.
There are two preferences you can enable. When enabled, a text box will appear during the check-in process.
- Enable Check-In Note
- Enable Guest Register
Here is how
- Click Preferences from the menu icon
- Check Enable Check-In Note - This will always enable the text box during check-in.
- Check Enable Guest Register - This will only enable the text box if a virtual guest pass is used.
Optional: Click Sync To All Devices to make this a default preference for all users and devices.
(Only users with "Bulk Operation" permission can sync or remove a sync)
See and Find Information in the Log
- Click the Log tab
- See the member check in, guest check in and register information
- Search the Log to find specific information
- Download the Log to use in a spreadsheet program if needed
