How to take notes at check in

Overview

You may want to collect additional information at check in.  Guest name, member notes, drop-in information, etc. 
There are two preferences you can enable.  When enabled, a text box will appear during the check-in process.  
  1. Enable Check-In Note
  2. Enable Guest Register
Here is how
  1. Click Preferences from the menu icon
  2. Check Enable Check-In Note - This will always enable the text box during check-in.  
  3. Check Enable Guest Register - This will only enable the text box if a virtual guest pass is used.  

Note: This setting will happen on only this device.  Be sure to update this preference on each computer in use.  

See and Find Information in the Log
  1. Click the Log tab
  2. See the member check in, guest check in and register information
  3. Search the Log to find specific information
  4. Download the Log to use in a spreadsheet program if needed
