Use these instructions when your community is selling tickets, guest passes, or any redeemable product using the Marketplace's ticket system. Patrons will present a ticket to be scanned. If valid, the ticket will have at least one redeemable product that can be used. A common example is when a patron purchases a guest pass.
How to redeem a ticket
- Scan the ticket (the redeemable products will appear)
2. Enter a Quantity
3. Write Comment (optional)
4. Click Redeem
