How to redeem tickets (Instant Guest Passes & Redeemable Products)

Overview

These instructions are for when patrons purchase a redeemable product they have previously purchased.  They will present a ticket to be scanned.  If valid, the ticket will have at least one redeemable product that can be used.

A common example is when a patron purchases a guest pass.

How redeem a product

1. Open the PoolPass Market
2. Click Redeem
3. Scan the ticket
4. Enter quantity of passes or products
5. Click Redeem
