Administrators can add, delete, edit, and manage users for their accounts via the Account Portal. 


1.  Once logged in, click Manage Account.
2.  From the Account Portal, click Users

How to reset a user's password

The easiest way for a user to reset a password is for the user to do it themselves.  i.e. without your help.  Have them click the Need Help Link on the login page.  You, the administrator can also send them a reset password email or change their password.  Here is how...


1.  Click the Gear Icon. 
2. Click Reset Password or Change Password.   

Reset Password:  The user will receive an email with further instructions to reset their password.  
Change Password: The administrator(you) will enter a new password.
