The Virtual Guest Passes feature is used by communities that wish to sell one simple single use guest pass. When sold, the membership's Virtual Guest Pass numeric field increments.  i.e gets added to the household.  When the Virtual Guest Pass is used at check-in, the numeric field decreases.  i.e subtracted from the household.  

1. Confirm the correct Check-In preferences. 
2. Confirm the correct Marketplace settings. 
   
3. Create the Virtual Guest Pass in the Marketplace.
   

Confirm Check-In Preferences

1. In the database menu
   
2. Choose Preferences
   
3. Hide Virtual Guest Passes must be UNCHECKED
   

When unchecked.  The Virtual Guest Pass Feature appears at check-in.  

Confirm Marketplace Settings

1. In the Menu, choose Manage Marketplace
2. Go to the Setting tab 
   
3. Check the Enable Patron Purchasing box
   
1. no other boxes should be checked if you were only using this feature of the Marketplace
   
4. If you are using the "Notifieds by email" feature, enter the email address here
   
5. Enter your community page address here.  This redirects patrons to your homepage.  
   
6. If you enter text in the Terms and Conditions field, it will display before check out
7. If you made changes, click Apply Changes

1. Go to the Products tab
   
2. Click the Plus icon to start adding a new product
