How to SEND classic PHYISCAL passes by mail

Overview

When enabled, classic PVC physical passes can be sent to patrons through the Application Portal or PoolPass Software.

Sending through PoolPass 

Go to the Membership's MANAGE screen

1.  Click the print icon

2.  Check off which members should receive passes

3.  Click CONTINUE

4.  Click SUBMIT.  Access Granted Systems will print and mail the passes.    

Sending through the Application Portal 

It's automatically done!  When an application is approved by clicking the final green approval button, Access Granted Systems will print and mail the passes.  You can change the application selection during the approval process as well.  If this is not set up, contact your AGS representative to activate this service.
