When enabled, ePasses can be sent to patrons through the PoolPass Software or Application Portal.
In this article, we will show three ways:
- Automatically in the Application Portal
- To one household in PoolPass
- To All households in PoolPass
Sending ePasses with the Application Portal
It's automatically done! When an application is approved by clicking the final green approval button, the patron receives an email with their ePasses.
Sending ePasses to one household in PoolPass
Go to the Membership's Manage screen
1. Click the phone icon
2. Click SEND
Sending ePasses to all households in your membership list
Go to the OPERATIONS tab
- Click SEND EPASSES
- Choose to Ignore Suspended or Expired Memberships
