How to SEND ePasses to a single household

Overview

When enabled, ePasses can be sent to patrons through the Check-In Software.  First, find the member and then send passes. 

Find the membership

1.  In the Check-In database, click Member List
2.  Search for the membership by name
3.  Search for member by: Membership ID, Address, Membership Type
4.  See your membership and double click on the member to view them in the MANAGE tab

Sending ePasses to one household in the Check-In Software
Go to the Membership's Manage screen
1.  Confirm the correct email address is entered
2.  Click the phone icon
3.  Click SEND
