How to SEND ePasses to a single household

Overview

When enabled, ePasses can be sent to patrons through the PoolPass Software.  First, find the member and then send passes. 

Find the membership

1.  In the PoolPass database, click Member List
2.  Search for the membership by name
3.  Search for member by: Membership ID, Address, Membership Type
4.  See your membership and double click on the member to view them in the MANAGE tab

Sending ePasses to one household in PoolPass
Go to the Membership's Manage screen
1.  Confirm the correct email address is entered
2.  Click the phone icon
3.  Click SEND
