How to SEND passes with the application portal

Overview


When enabled, ePasses and classic PVC physical passes can be sent to patrons through the Application Portal automatically or manually.
Sending through the Application Portal 
Typically, it's automatically done!  If this is not set up on your account, contact your AGS representative to set this up. 

You can also adjust the pass selections when approving an application. When adding applicants, you can click or unclick the print button for Classic Passes.  For example, you may not print passes under a certain age. 


When an application is approved by clicking the final green approval button, Access Granted Systems will print and mail the passes.  If enabled, ePasses will be sent to the email on the membership at this time.
