How to set your ePass expiration dates
Overview
There are two options for ePasses expiration dates.
- ePass expiration is the same as the membership expiration date
- ePasses never expire
Note: when an ePass expires, it becomes "greyed out" in the smart phone and cannot be scanned.
Note: if an ePass is active, but the membership becomes suspended or expired, the membership will still show as expired or suspended upon check in.
If you would like the ePass expiration date to be the same as the membership, no action is needed. This is the default setting. To learn more about membership expiration dates: CLICK HERE.
If you would like to have ePasses never expire, independent of membership expiration, here is how:
First, find the ePass designer
1) Click the menu icon to enter the pass portal
2) Click the menu icon to view your communities
3) Select your community
