How to set up multiple locations

Overview

Some communities have multiple pools and gates.  You can create multiple location names.  The check in statistics will show the location where each check in happened. 

Be sure to set the proper location for each computer and user before checking in. 

This article will show you how to:
  1. Create a new location
  2. Change locations

Create a new location
  1. Click Preferences from the menu icon
  2. Type the name of the new location 


Change your location
  1. Go back to the Preferences page
  2. Click the drop down arrow
  3. Choose your location


Tips
  1. If your facility has two gates, you can give each gate a different name.
  2. The name of the location will show up in your check-in stats. 
  3. If your facility has two computers at the same gate, name each location the exact name.
