How to suspend or unsuspend a household/membership

Overview

Administrators can suspend or reinstate a household (membership) or individual member at any time.  When an administrator updates a household on their computer, the change is immediate on other devices (like check-in).

Go to the Membership page to Suspend or Unsuspend
  • Open PoolPass and log in
  • Click Member List
  • Search for any patron or household
  • Double click the patron
  • Click Suspend to suspend or activate a household or patron
