How to suspend or reinstate a household/membership

Overview

Property Managers can suspend or reinstate a household (membership) at any time.  When an administrator updates a household, the software is immediately updated at the facility.

Here is how
  • Open PoolPass and log in
  • Click Member List
  • Search for any patron or household
  • Double click the patron
  • Click Suspend to suspend or activate a household or patron
