How to use the occupancy feature

Overview

The occupancy feature is a tool for gate attendants to keep track of the number of people in the pool area.   

When members check in, the Occupancy Counter increases. 

Clicking in the Occupancy Counter gives you two options:

1. Click how many people left
   
2. Set the Occupancy
   

How to record people leaving the facility

1. Click the number in the upper left-hand corner
   
2. Click how many patrons are leaving.  -1, -2, -3, etc.
   

How to set the occupancy

      3. Count the patrons in the facility and adjust the counter as needed

      4. Click OK

How to reset the occupancy to zero

1. At opening, the Occupancy Counter should be set at zero
   
2. At the end of the day, set the Occupancy Counter to zero
