How to view and manually add EVENT SIGNUPS
Overview
When patrons start signing up, you view signups, add a signup manually, cancel signups, and download a signup list.
Find the Event Patrons tab
- Go to the Events Page
- Click on the gear icon and MANAGE SIGNUPS
- Click on the PATRONS tab
- See your Signups, Manual Signups and Cancelled Signups
Add a Manual Signup
- Click ADD PATRON
- Add Email
- Click ADD PATRON and enter the name
- Click APPLY CHANGES
- This signup will appear in the Manual Sign Ups section
Cancel a Signup
- Click the gear icon for the signup
- Click Cancel Signup
- Click YES, CANCEL SIGNUP
- The cancelled signup will appear in the Cancelled Signups section
Download Signup List
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click DOWNLOAD PATRON LIST
- The .CSV file will be downloaded by your browser settings
