How to view and manually add EVENT SIGNUPS

Overview

When patrons start signing up, you view signups, add a signup manually, cancel signups, and download a signup list.  

Find the Event Patrons tab

  1. Go to the Events Page
  2. Click on the gear icon and MANAGE SIGNUPS
  3. Click on the PATRONS tab
  4. See your Signups, Manual Signups and Cancelled Signups

Add a Manual Signup

  1. Click ADD PATRON
  2. Add Email
  3. Click ADD PATRON and enter the name
  4. Click APPLY CHANGES
  5. This signup will appear in the Manual Sign Ups section

Cancel a Signup
  1. Click the gear icon for the signup
  2. Click Cancel Signup
  3. Click YES, CANCEL SIGNUP
  4. The cancelled signup will appear in the Cancelled Signups section

Download Signup List
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  2. Click DOWNLOAD PATRON LIST
  3. The .CSV file will be downloaded by your browser settings
