Issue a REFUND for an EVENT signup

Overview

You may need to issue a full or partial refund for an event signup.  We will find the event's patron list then the refund button

Find the Event Patrons tab

  1. Go to the Events Page
  2. Click on the gear icon and MANAGE SIGNUPS
  3. Click on the PATRONS tab
  4. See your Signups, Manual Signups and Cancelled Signups

Issue the refund

  1. On the patron to refund's line, click the gear icon
  2. Click Refund
  3. One the pop out box, enter the Refund Amount.  The full amount is the default.  You may change this.
  4. Enter a Comment (optional)
  5. Click OK
