Issue a REFUND for an EVENT signup
Overview
You may need to issue a full or partial refund for an event signup. We will find the event's patron list then the refund button
Find the Event Patrons tab
- Go to the Events Page
- Click on the gear icon and MANAGE SIGNUPS
- Click on the PATRONS tab
- See your Signups, Manual Signups and Cancelled Signups
Issue the refund
- On the patron to refund's line, click the gear icon
- Click Refund
- One the pop out box, enter the Refund Amount. The full amount is the default. You may change this.
- Enter a Comment (optional)
- Click OK
