How do Paper Applications work?

When using the Application Portal, some clients like to make a paper application available to members.  For any reason a member prefers to use a paper application, AGS is here to help.  

How to Set Up Your Paper Application

Once your Online Application is finalized, ask your AGS Account Representative to create your Paper Application.  We will create a PDF version that mirrors your online version, so they are easy to approve.  The Paper Application can be posted on your Community Page and shared with your community via your current methods.  A sample application can be downloaded at the end of this article.  

What happens with Paper Applications?

You have two options.  

1) You process Paper Applications
At the end of the paper application, there will be directions to mail and/or drop off the application.  After receiving them, you can manually enter the application.  

2) AGS can enter Paper Applications
On the application, there will be directions to mail the application to AGS.  We will enter the applications into the Application Portal for you.  These Paper Applications will appear on your queue to approve, just like an online application.  Read this article to see how the community can have no cost for this service: CLICK HERE
