How to check your eTicket balance - Instructions for Patrons

Overview

This article is for community members or patrons who have bought Marketplace tickets, and would like to check the balance on their tickets. 
There are two steps.
  1. Go to your community's Marketplace website
  2. Receive an email with your ticket balance(s)

Go to your community's Marketplace

  1. Go to the same website where you bought tickets in the Marketplace
  2. Click RETURNING PATRON
  3. Enter your Email Address you used to buy the original ticket
  4. Click SUBMIT
  5. You will see a submission message pop up


Check your email
  1. Look for an email from marketplace@pool-pass.com

  1. The QR can be used again to redeem funds or products
  2. Click here to add more funds or products onto the same ticket
  3. If you have Funds on the ticket, it will be shown
  4. If you have redeemable items, they will be listed
  5. If you have more tickets on the same email address, scroll down to see them


Don't know which email address you used?
Search each email you use for messages from "marketplace@pool-pass.com".  If you can find an email from Marketplace, use that address with the instructions above. 

Can't find the email?
Confirm you entered your correct address properly.  Check your spam folder for emails from "marketplace@pool-pass.com". 

Still having trouble?
Some sites delete old empty tickets.  Contact your community representative.  They will be able to see if you have a valid ticket.
