Patron instructions for the online application

Overview
Some new clients ask, "How do I send members the application?" and "What instructions do I need to send my residents?"  
There are two common ways to communicate with your members about the Application Portal:
  1. Your normal communication tool
  2. Send a flyer using our Template
Method #1: Send your residents to your URL with you normal way of communication
Use your normal pre-existing resident/member communication tool, for example: email, post, facebook, newsletters, etc. 
Keep Instructions simple with only one line:
  1. Go to: Your URL to apply for Pool Passes
On your Application Portal URL, there will be further instructions and FAQs.  The next picture is an example Application Portal found online here


What is my URL?
Contact your account administrator if you don't know your URL.  Application Portals are custom built for your community and your account administrator will provide it. 

Method #2: Use a flyer.
Some clients print a 1 page flyer they post at the pool or around the community.
