How to send or resend passes

Overview
You can send ePasses and Classic passes with a few clicks.

You may need to resend passes for various reasons.  It is critical that you double check the correct address before resending.  The vast majority of passes did not get to the member because they made a typo in the address. 

In this article, you learn how to:
  1. Go to the member's MANAGE page
  2. Send ePasses
  3. Send Classic Passes
Go to the member's MANAGE page

  1. In the MEMBER LIST, search for the member by name, membership ID, or address
  2. Double Click on the member you are looking for
 
Send ePasses

  1. IMPORTANT: Confirm that the email address is correct and adjust as needed
  2. Click the phone icon
  3. Click SEND
  4. Inform the member to look for an email from "passes@accessgrantedsystems.com"
 
Send Classic Passes

  1. IMPORTANT: Confirm that the mailing address is correct and adjust as needed
  2. Click the printer icon
  3. Select the members that need passes
  4. Click CONTINUE
  5. Click SUBMIT to confirm your are submitting the passes for printing
