Tip: Adding a patron to a household

Overview

A common support ticket is a patron wanting to add a family member to their household.  To resolve this inquiry quickly, sync the support ticket with Pool Pass.    

Here is an example

Notice this member is adding a patron.  Click Sync with PoolPass.

Next, click the Membership ID to update the existing membership.  

1.  Then drag the new member to the Applicants to Add section.  
2.  Click Print Pass if needed.  (classic pass clients only)

1.  Then confirm your changes and click Sync and Approve
2.  Write your member a note and click OK to resolve the support ticket.
