Administrators often ask, "What features are enabled on the account?" and "What are the fees?"
In the account portal, here is how to check...

What features are enabled on the account?

In the menu, click Account 

A feature's status is is listed here.  

What are the Access Granted Systems fees?

Scroll to the bottom to view the Subscriptions & Fees. 

Subscriptions
These include recurring annual fees such as ePasses, Seasonal Check-In , or the Application Portal.   

Fees
These included tallied fees that only occur if triggered by an action in the software. 

For example, Classic Pass Printing.  If a classic pass is printed, you account will incur a $1.00 fee for each pass printed.  If no pass is printed, you will not incur this fee. 

Please note, there is always a fee listed here.  If pass printing is disabled on your account, you will never incur this fee because pass printing can never be triggered.  Scroll to the top feature section to view if the feature is enabled or disabled.  

Most tallied fees are a fixed amount.  Patron Payment Processing has a multiplier and fixed amount.  For example, 4.9% + $1.00 per transaction.  For each patron sale, the AGS fee is 4.9% +$1 of the sale amount.  

When is the application portal discount applied?  
Eligibility for the application portal discount is determined at the end of the year.   A discount is applied as a line item in the subscription section.  If you do not see your discount, contact your account representative.
