FAQ: What is the CREATED status?

Overview


CREATED applications are partially completed applications and are not ready for processing.  It may be an application where a payment was attempted but failed.  It may be an application submitted a few seconds ago and the payment has not been finalized by the banks.   
How do I resolve created application? 
While providing patron support, instruct the patron to attempt another payment or simply submit a new application.

If a payment is never successfully completed, the created application will timeout and auto-delete.  No action is needed on your part.
