What is the LIMITED button?

Overview

Some communities need a way to mark a member as different than a normal member of the household.  The most common usage is a community that allows members to add a Season Long Guest Passes or Nanny Passes for an additional charge. 


Here is how limited members look at check-in 

In this case, the community's policy is Nannies must be with a member under 12 y/o and not when the adult member is present.  

Here is how to delete limited passes at the end of the season.  
A common example is a community that sells season long guest passes.  Delete these guest passes at the end of the year.  This way you can sell the next season's passes.  

1.  Click the Operations tab.
2. Scroll down to the Bulk Delete section.
3.  Click Delete Limited Members.

Can I view how many limited members my community has? 

1. Click Member List
2. Scroll to the bottom.
3. You can view the limited member totals along with other membership totals.  

Can I sell limited member passes on the application?  
Yes.  Contact your account representative to add limited passes to your custom applicaton.
