Accounts with a negative value receive a payout. This is common if the community is using AGS to collect money form patrons. Selling guest passes, memberships, invoicing members, etc. A community may also receive a payout from an AGS credit.
Here is how to view a summary of patron sales
1. In the menu, click Reports
2. Be sure to change the date range.
