FAQ: How do my patrons sign up?
Overview
There are four types of links you can share with your community. Use them in social media, post them on your website, or use them however wish.
- All Services: This link contains all the services for your community. The patron then navigates to the service they are looking for.
- All Events: This link will list all public events on a calendar. Patrons will select an event on the calendar.
- Individual Services: There is a link for only a specific service.
- Individual Events: Each event has a separate sign-up link.
All Services
- Click the Link Icon.
- Click Patron Service Booking Page.
- Copy the link.
All Events
- Click the Link Icon.
- Click Patron Event Signup Page.
- Copy the link.
Individual Services
- Go to Manage Service Settings. (CLICK HERE to learn how)
- Click Go To Patron Booking Page. Copy the link from your browser.
Individual Events
- Go to the Events page in the menu.
- Click the Gear Icon for the Event you want.
- Click Edit Signup Settings/Patrons
- You are now in the Event Settings page
- Click Go To Patron Signup Page. Copy the link from your browser.
